  • I have not received my order, what should I do?

    • Please check your tracking details on your order. If the tracking information is not up to date, please contact us at info@somethingbysonjia.com , provide your order number and our customer service team will be able to assist you.

  • The tracking shows that my order was delivered but I haven't received my package?

    • Please contact your local USPS facility to request more information. Report the package as missing if no details are available and they will create a case in order to further investigate. They will follow up with you to resolve the issue as we are not responsible for lost packages once the package is shipped and scanned by USPS.

  • The tracking shows that my order is in transit to the next facility?

    • Contact USPS first. If USPS confirms that your package has been lost in transit, email us at info@somethingbysonjia.com to receive a store credit in the amount of the order. This credit will exclude the cost of shipping. Please advise, if your package has been marked as delivered we are not responsible. 

  • What is your shipping and handling timeframe?

    • Our orders ship within one week from the order date and you should receive your order within one week. Our orders ship either same day or next day in most cases, unless it’s the weekend or a Holiday. In these instances, orders will ship the next working business day. If you would like your order to arrive sooner, please email us at info@somethingbysonjia.com upon placing your order, and let us know that you’d like your order shipped priority mail which usually takes 2-3 business days. Please advise we cannot accommodate overnight shipping.

  • Do you ship out of the country?

  • I have not received a confirmation email.

    • Please check your junk folder for the email. If you do not see the email, contact info@somethingbysonjia.com to better assist you. 

  • I am having trouble signing into my account.

    • Our system is case sensitive. Please make sure to check the spelling of your email and password. If this does not work, please use the “forgot my password” link to reset your password. 

  • What are the delivery options?

    • All packages are shipped by USPS and the tracking information is provided by email once your order has shipped. 

  • When will you restock an item?

    • If an item you’re interested in is out of stock, select the option to be notified when the item restocks. You will receive an email notification once your size is available to purchase.

  • The free shipping promo code did not apply at check out. 

    • In order to take advantage of the free shipping promotion, you have to manually apply the discount code at the time of checkout. If the discount code does not work at checkout, please contact our customer service team for further assistance.

  • I’m not receiving any communication from Something by Sonjia, why is that?

    • Check your junk mail and if you still haven't received it, contact customer service to confirm the email address on file.
